I have written numerous reports relating to personal injury, predominantly in the field of whiplash and related injuries. More recently I have prepared reports in cases of medical negligence in relation to rheumatological disease, and acted as an expert in an application to overturn a patent on a drug used in of treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. By way of illustration in the past 24 months I have written 14 reports, all but one on instructions from claimants’ solicitors, involving cases of osteoporosis, amyloidosis, reactive arthritis, osteoarthritis and inflammatory bowel diease, and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as in personal injury. In the past 18 months I have undertaken 5 reports in the field of medical negligence. I can provide the names of solicitors who have commissioned these reports where that would be helpful.
I am listed in the UK Register of Expert Witnesses, and last year attended the 2019 SpecialistInfo Medico-Legal Conference at the QE II Centre in London.
